Hour plus wait for a simple urine screen. Website is busted and can't make an appointment. Was closest at 11:10 for 11:30 lunch
went and sat 3 hours as a walk in after doctor faxed in for test due to kidney problems....i could have easily been worked in between 2 times when people arrived early for appointments, then i was told that i had to leave because they closed at 11 am for lunch....i had to go home spend time on a computer and create a portal, then make an appointment...go back several days later....and Now find out that only 1 sample and test was done and not the other 3 test that was requested by the doctor...now i have to find time from wor... read more
Very clean facility. I was brought back prior to my appointment time. Lisa took care of me and she was very kind. I would highly recommend her and this Quest location.
I have blood drawn at Quest Diagnostics (Lafayette, Louisiana) every 3 months, and the staff, environment, and processes are TOP-NOTCH -- but especially the Quest STAFF! They are very friendly, professional, and perform their work exceptionally well. Keep up the great work!
