Made appointment online. Informed them via text that I arrived. The text told me to proceed to lobby and wait for my name to be called. I barely sat down when the Technician called me to come to the back. I informed the technician that I was a hard stick. She looked and called someone for assistance and they came to help. I had to be stuck twice, but they got what they needed and I was on my way. The staff all had pleasant demeanors and that matters the first thing in the morning.
All the phlebotomists have been really friendly and did a great job finding a good vein immediately.

The young lady that drew my blood was pleasant. She did an awesome job. I didn’t feel a thing, even when she was switching tubes.
Empty waiting area and staff seems to have difficulty attending to walk-in patient/customers. Seems like we're still in the Covid-19 system parameters for almost all visitors to have appointments for services. Things used to be much more simpler and productive back then.
