In and Out without an appointment & a great one stick poker. Most marvelous visit ever.
They took me in a few minutes before my appointment time and got me out only a couple minutes later. I was in the building for maybe a total of 5 minutes? Super quick and friendly service! Couldn’t have gone better!
The person who attended me, was not hygienic, did not use alcohol to clean the place of the blood extracción and she doesent give a towel for urinary test
It's really poor service to have to make an appointment just to drop off a sample. They should be informing customers that an appointment is needed when they provide them the specimen containers and give instructions to collect a sample. Asking customers to make an appointment to literally hand staff a sample is unnecessary, especially when customers are not informed beforehand.
The process from making an appointment to check in was easy. Victoria was awesome with PR and technical skills. She was very professional and skilled.
