Arrived ten minutes before my appt to check in at the kiosk. At the end of check in, the kiosk asks if you’d like to wait in the waiting room or be notified via text/call. Since the waiting room was at full capacity, and I didn’t want to stand, decided to wait in my car for the text/call. ~25 minutes after my scheduled appt I went to check in with someone. Arrived at 920am to check in for my 930 appt.. Check-in Kiosk asked if would wait in waiting room or like a text when my appt was ready. Decided to wait in my car. At 955am decided to go and check why I hadn’t been called. I had been called verbally in the waiting room four times was told and texted and called. No texts or phone calls from Quest at all.
