Location just reopened after renovations. The system was acting up, but the lab tech, Cheryta, noticed I was getting skipped and pulled me back quickly. We shared a laugh and she was extremely kind and gentle.

You show 2 locations in Jacksonville Beach. One is not there and the other is closed for remodeling. You need to update you website and show correctly the only one that should be on your website.

Multiple people including myself walked out. One woman sat there for over an hour. She inquired why at the desk. The person at the desk just failed to call her name due to ?. This used to be a good lab I used every week. Great work quest.

My daughter's appointment was at 9:45. I was five minutes late. I stood behind another patient for 5 minutes, until the receptionist told me to sign it. This caused me to sign in at 9:55. Instead of the receptionist telling me I was being placed on the walk in list because I was late. She allowed me to sit there for 2 hours with a 4 year old fasting. I finally said something then she explained what she had done and then proceeded to allow us to be next. I will never go here again. The one in River city is much better.
