I was very impressed with Tawana who took care of me. She was pleasant and cheerful and also extremely efficient. She explained everything she was doing and got the blood with a single painless poke. I was surprised how quickly it went. I also had to leave a urine sample, so right as I sat down she offered a small bottle of water. Wish everyone did that. Great experience. I’d like to have her whenever I go back.
