Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I arrived shortly before closing time and was told there was no order on file, even though my doctor had faxed it earlier. I double-checked and was able to pull up the order myself by 3:32 PM. Despite showing them the valid order, the staff told me they were closed and refused to take me for my blood work. I like going here for early morning blood testing because there is a Dunkin' Donuts onsite that i get a donut & coffee afterwards.
Very quick appointment with experienced, efficient employees. I constantly recommend Quest labs to friends and family.
