I would not recommend this Quest at all, especially for my mama's that are needing their glucose test done during their pregnancys. Go to a full building Quest. This place told me I could not drink plain water at all, if I needed to drink water "go to the bathroom and swish water in your mouth than spit it out" but when I asked me OB about this because I ended up crashing on the walmart floor and the employees almost called 911 for me, my OB said plain water would have no affected the test results so I could have sipped on p... read more
Great location in the Super Walmart. Easy to get an appointment. Rosanna did a great job drawing my blood.
Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I arrived shortly before closing time and was told there was no order on file, even though my doctor had faxed it earlier. I double-checked and was able to pull up the order myself by 3:32 PM. Despite showing them the valid order, the staff told me they were closed and refused to take me for my blood work. The dismissive and unhelpful attitude was uncalled for, especially in a healthcare setting. I understand closing times need to be respected, but some basic cour... read more
