Evidently the guy below didn’t have the same experience as the rest of us. My insurance requests we use Quest if possible. The 1 st time here a year ago went ok. Phlebotomist behaves like she’s doing you a favor by being there. Same sign up at kiosk saying they can’t take walk-ins and waiting room empty My drs office sent the orders over twice and both times (including while I was sitting in the waiting room ) she stated she didn’t get the orders. They were completely empty and had a note on the kiosk saying “No walk-ins.”
I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. She was friendly and professional. Found a vein without issue and drew the blood with no pain. Great work, and thank you.
