Dingy little place in the back of a Safeway. After showing up as a walk in and leaving due to the absurd wait time (while not a single person sat in the waiting area), I returned a few days later and was turned away because they “don’t accept orders printed from online portals.” I was then told they don’t test for AM cortisol after 9am (it was 9:10am). Called and made an appointment for this office. Went over what was ordered for me. When I got to my appointment the lady working there said I had no labs in the system. I asked her to call someone or check with someone. She would not. I would go anywhere else, but here.

No indication whatsoever that this was located inside the Safeway. Hope this helps somebody I was lost for a long time.

The woman who took my blood couldn’t even be bothered to get up from her chair in the room where they draw the blood to call my name from the waiting room. She sat and stared at her computer never looking up, and she didn’t even tell me her name until the very end. I am never one to complain about needle sticks or blood draws, but hers actually hurt! She was very rude and terse. She asked if I was getting a CBC and I said, I believe I’m getting Measles titers and a blood draw check for anemia in pregnancy. She then muttered ... read more

I would give zero stars if Google would allow it. The phlebotomist “working” during my appointment was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She waited 10 minutes to even acknowledge me (I was in here direct sight-line and no one else was in Quest). She also challenged me, insinuating I was lying for saying I had been told I didn’t need to make an appointment and could walk in for my blood test.
