Not sure why their rating is so low. I am from out of town and needed to get labs done. Quest was on my insurance and nearby, located in the Safeway grocery store. My doc faxed the orders to them, I made my appointment online and showed up at the designated time. I was even texted instructions prior to arrival. My docs orders were located quickly, labs were promptly done and the phlebotomist was pleasant and courteous. It only took moments and I did some grocery shopping at the same time. This was truly worst experience I’ve ever had. I don’t usually give bad reviews but my god, the older gentlemen is absolutely awful. Rude, but thst would be all forgiven if he was good at what he does. I have the easiest veins to draw a blood feom , he managed to give me bruises. Not too mention that for those bruises, I had to wait for about 30 min past my appotiment time . Please do yourself a favor, do not go there

I came in at 4:15pm and they said they couldn’t see me because they don’t see anyone after 4:15 (even though it closes at 4:30pm). Someone else was sitting there who had an appointment at 4pm and she didn’t even see her. Someone came in after me 4:17pm and told them the same things. If you need 15min to run all labs before closing then maybe you should close at 4:15pm. She was so rude and unprofessional (she was probably in her 30s, Asian, about 5’2). I'm so disappointed, I thought I had found a place close to home to do my labs. But I'm not coming back again. They chose not to see me because they had just submitted a claim for a test I had done a week ago to my insurance and they were waiting for reimbursement. I called costumer service and she talked the lab attendant to explain that the claim had been submitted to the insurance, but he still didn't want to see me. Professional, clean, quick. As a registered nurse, I like to see that my healthcare providers know what they're doing in a skilled and sanitary fashion. Of course, service delivered with care and compassion are high on my list too! I recommend this branch if that's what you're looking for.
