Been sitting in their crowded lobby for 40 minutes despite having an appointment, and they haven’t taken back a single patient in that time. Not one. The only people who have left just gave up.
Your "make an appointment," and "Checkin," from my computer or yuour Kiosk's are dreadfully painful. I have been a customer for several years and getting my last appointment and checking-in at Quest took me over 3 hours. And wince you have me on-file - why do I have to scan my Drivers license and insurance cars every time I have to set-up or confirm and appointment? I was very happy with the services provided by the Quest lady at Safeway on Mission St. She was friendly, warm, engaging, and made me feel at ease when I was nervous about getting blood drawn for labs. We didn't have to wait at all and the visit was super fast.
I came in for blood work and vaccines and the staff members were all very kind, professional, and quick. I highly recommend this Quest location.
