Lab orders were digitally submitted by physician. I was told that appointment wasn't necessary. Wait in an hour and thirty five minutes and walking out without the service being performed.
I have very small veins that are often not cooperative. The lab tech that helped me was phenomenal and was able to get a vein on the first try. She was also very friendly.
I was nervous going here to get blood work because phlebotomists often have trouble with my small veins and have to poke me more than once, but the phlebotomist here had literally no trouble at all. I don't think I've ever had my blood drawn so quickly, painlessly, and without bruising; I was so surprised by how easy it was for her lol. Thank you to the phlebotomists here!!
I’m really disappointed with the service. this has been one of the worst lab experiences I’ve ever had.
