Sat through my appointment time to get sent home with a sample kit. I was told just to bring the samples back the following day. I tried to bring the samples in today and was told that I needed an appointment to do that. I was not told that originally. Two slow lab techs with zero customer service skills.

The place is a joke, if I didn’t have to get the test done for my nee born I would have never gone here. The room wad like a closet me and my husband could barely fit with baby plus the tech. On top of that she had bad sanitation habits. She was typing on her computer with gloves then drew blood and went back to typing with same gloves… who knows what else she does. Was completely appalled at this place doesn’t seem clean or professional by any means.

One of the most poorly managed labs in the area. The staff appear to lack basic training and struggle with processing even simple lab orders. Wait times are excessively long, and employees often demonstrate a lack of practical judgment and basic computer knowledge.

I decided to give this place a chance despite seeing several negative reviews — and now I wish I had listened. I arrived at 3:39pm for a quick pregnancy test (closing time is 4:30pm). A walk-in signed in just seconds before me, but when I went to sign in, the staff member said she wasn’t taking any more people because she “had too much to do.” I explained kindly that I didn’t mind waiting in case she wrapped up early, but she still asked me to leave.
