This happened just now. I walked in at 3:53pm, and the technician there refused to let me self-check in. (7min before walk in’s are supposed to stop and the location closes) Her name was Sofia, and she said “it takes 60min to allow the blood to coagulate so I could NOT walk in any later than 3pm for blood draws”. And she asked me to leave. This is a lie. And she knows it. I usually go to LabCorp, and now I know why. Never again! I’m sure she is underpaid and the location is understaffed. I always have a great experience here. So far haven’t met anyone rude. Except for today. Older African American woman who was very rude from the start. I heard her mentioning to someone else that she’s tired. But she was not friendly and very short. Personal issues should be left at home when you’re working. Us customers haven’t done anything to you to deserve your disrespectful attitude. Been coming here for a long time and this is the first time I had such a terrible encounter.
Don’t go to this location,lady was so rude not answering any questions.
