Thank you Ms Jones for treating my child very well a (2 yo), very professional and welcoming. The location was crowded but a gentleman gave me his seat. But overall had very minimal waiting and the customer service was nice (I came without an appointment). Keep the good work Ms Jones🤍✨
The wait time was very reasonable. The staff was friendly and efficient. My phlebotomist, Ms. Jones, was phenomenal! ! ! For the first time in my life, my veins seemed to "take a holiday." She persevered and was able to complete her task. There was no bruising or residual pain. She did a remarkable job!
Phlebotomy skills at this location below substandard. Wife was left with a significant hematoma. Lacerated the vein with poor technique due to side to side movement of a cutting needle insitu. We have been to other labs with much more skilled people. This lab needs better employee oversight. Employees seem to feel entitled to high satisfaction scores and instruct patients to “give me a high score”. Won’t be back to this location. Not enough supervision. The staff is kind and friendly! I've had to go through 16 times and they were always kind, quick and efficient. After 16 times the scar tissue builds up yet there was almost no pain. Will go to this location for as long as I live here.
Mrs Jones was very kind and welcoming. She tried to comfort my daughter as she was anxious because of the blood draw. She was very professional and overall it was a great experience!!
