The lady is too slow. She only had 1 person ahead of me but she said she is behind. I dont think I would want to go this location again.
I am a physician--- and I must say that the phlebotomist was very, very skilled, highly professional, and brought great humanity to the process. She gets a 1000% score from me.
I made an appt on line. I walked in and checked in at the kiosk. I was called in for my blood draw at my exact time. Angela was great, and very gentle. Thank you. :)
Angela did a great job, was fast and professional.
The previous male tech never gave me painful draws. But every time the newer woman subbed - hers would hurt. I mentioned this to a staff person and they told me they had heard others say something similar. I started to realize this and every time I’d know it was her id be a bit anxious because of the pain (no the pain isn’t anxiety because I used to get infusions etc I know a good poker).
