Angela is the best. Never before someone has take a blood sample from me painless.
Kept getting skipped over again and again. Did not communicate to us at all. Kept taking new patients before us even after we had been here for 45 minutes. There was nobody waiting either. Once I got in it was much better!!
Staff was not able to find veins in either elbow and did not have any butterfly needles in the lab, so I had to return a different day for my first blood draw. The second draw, she again didn't have butterfly needles nor the special vial for one of the tests which had been ordered well ahead of time. A lab should have the necessary supplies to do the job!
I asked if the lab orders were there and they said yes! But instead old blood orders were done that I did not need, and insurance charged for them twice. Wasted two weeks and now have to cancel follow up Dr apt. STILL don't have my labs done. Now will be another two weeks.
The previous male tech never gave me painful draws. But every time the newer woman subbed - hers would hurt. I mentioned this to a staff person and they told me they had heard others say something similar. I started to realize this and every time I’d know it was her id be a bit anxious because of the pain (no the pain isn’t anxiety because I used to get infusions etc I know a good poker).
