The location and hours are very convenient, and making an appointment couldn't be easier. Having a scheduled appointment makes it the experience and wait time all the nicer...with just one phlebotomist, the place runs incredibly well!
The Quest at the Harford Road Safeway has always, without exception, employed an excellent staff. It's a pleasant experience, and every phlebotomist is friendly and professional.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Angie, my phlebotomist, during my recent visit. I experienced an issue with one of my lab orders not coming through correctly, and despite being the only staff member on duty while assisting multiple patients, she remained exceptionally kind, composed, and professional throughout the process.
