Convenient location and professional service. There was no wait time, and registering was a breeze. This was my 2nd visit, and it will be my lab go-to going forward.
If I could leave 0 stars I would! I have been to this location twice and each time I was turned away. The workers are extremely rude and lazy. You can tell they hate their job. Its sad how miserable people end up when they choose a job just to pay the bills knowing they have no desire to be in that line of work. Its just ridiculous the experience I had here last time I let it go but this afternoon I just had to leave a review. I would not recommend anyone to come here.
In and out in five minutes, good with the needle and very courteous. It’s in the Safeway supermarket in the middle of the back.
As a medical professional, I’ve encountered many healthcare facilities, but this Quest Diagnostics location stands out as one of the worst. The entire facility, including the waiting and lab rooms, was cluttered and unhygienic. Tiffany, the employee on duty, displayed an unprofessional demeanor and was incredibly unaccommodating. She put on gloves to draw my blood but then proceeded to touch multiple surfaces without changing them, which raised serious hygiene concerns.
