The provider was very kind and extra gentle!
Everytime I come here there’s an issue. The staff is rude and acts as if they don’t want to do their job. They act as if the clients are an inconvenience. Also, their fax machine does not work which is crazy because a lot of doctors fax over bloodwork requests etc. I’ve been here four times and each time it always an issue. The Safeway is absolutely beautiful and the workers in the Safeway are so nice.
I arrived at 6:33am as a walk in. Upon my arrival, the employee was also just arriving. She opened the main door but took about 7 minutes to try and open the door where labs are done. There was a cover over the sign in screen that she never removed. A few mins passed. After the next person arrived, she calls their name and tell them to sign in even though I had been there since 6:33am and she never said anything to me and had the screen blocked.
