I was met even before my scheduled time. The professional was courteous, personable, competent, and efficient. It was a pleasant and productive experience.
Staff was pleasant and efficient , made you feel at ease, facilities clean!!
I just want to add my voice to chorus of people complaining about this location. I finished checking in, name on the screen, at 9:59 for a 10:00 appointment. The door to the exam room was open and I heard friendly chit-chat, and I had gone into the clinic quietly, so I just walked to the open door frame and waved to let them know I had arrived. The location and hours are very convenient, and making an appointment couldn't be easier. Having a scheduled appointment makes it the experience and wait time all the nicer...with just one phlebotomist, the place runs incredibly well!
