I had a bad experience at the Quest diagnostic, which is located inside my doctor’s office . Therefore I made an appointment for the Flower Mound office (inside Tom Thumb) Check in was easy, I was greeted properly and then it was time to draw my blood ( ole lord) the sweet lady in room number #2 is an angel. She made sure I was comfortable and ready! She took my blood, I felt a small pinch…. It took her 5 minutes! I thanked her for taking my blood. Why is the staff at Quest Diagnostics on 745 Cross Timbers Rd so rude? Seriously, what’s going on? Is it job dissatisfaction or poor training? I only go to this location because it’s close to my home, but the attitude I’ve experienced here is absolutely disgusting and completely unprofessional. I strongly urge Quest Diagnostics to investigate the staff behavior and training at this location. Patients deserve better.
