Ease of scheduling an appointment. Very efficient with no wait time.
The phlebotomist doesn't know what she's doing, how to use the quest system, or how to treat patients kindly. She's rude and complains about how much time it will take her to do her work (if you don't want to do the work required after patients leave, don't schedule patients for blood draws during the last 45 minutes of the day. It's completely inappropriate to complain to a patient that you have to stay after you're closed to spin their blood.) Drove around and called for almost an hour! No one answers phone only robots that lead in circle. NO WHERE IS IT POSTED IT IS IN STORE- inside Safeway! I literally had to park and read reviews to figure it out.
Super easy process, convenient, and they knew what they were doing.
