Ignore appointments and ignore the patient order list, too many people in waiting room for safety with COVID-19 social distancing
Made appointment 3days in advance and when I showed up to location a sign was on their door stating they were closed on this specific day. Did not call to reschedule me. No respect for peoples time. I went to clinical pathology laboratories instead. They always care for the patients time.
