It's one of good Quest Diagnostics labs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I don't know why the rating is bad. Some months ago I had to drop off urine test. I didn't make an appointment because I didn't know that for dropping off I need one and also it was the urgent test. So, staff of the lab on University Ave even didn't want to talk with me without an appointment. I walked in to pick up a test, there was only one other person waiting. The lady at the counter said I still needed to check in. She was doing nothing at the time of this conversation we were having. I checked in and then waited. She proceeded to then go through supplies. After waiting a bit, I asked if she could just help me with picking up the test. She said she was doing an audit. Clearly she could have helped me prior to starting her audit, but chose not to!! Rude and poor customer service!

Great service! I’m really scared of blood work, but the doctor really calmed me down and she was really nice, fast and understanding !

We had appointment on 10:40 but the old lady nurse rejected our appointment and said that she has lunchtime and told us to come back on 12:30 we were waiting for 2 hours with our kids in our car at Safeway parking lot, that is not justice despite we had appointment.
