Staff here are constantly rude to patients, and even though they say it’s better to make an appointment, the company still allows walk in but the staff try to make people leave by telling them they will not be seen.
I have been going to Quest in Wal Mart twice a year for at least 7 years and have always had the best service hands down. BUT NOT TODAY 3/5/2024!!! She was way behind by at least 30 minutes and I had an appointment. No big deal those things happen. But, She was in a rush and rude which flipped my switch. The lady that came out before me rolled her eyes and made a big sigh but I thought nothing of it really, until I got in there. Then she ask me if I had lotion on my arms and I said I did.
