I didn’t like my experience here at all. The women working were kind of snippy and you could tell they didn’t want to be there. I felt rushed and as if I were in their way even though I was the only one there. When I got home I noticed about a two inch needle drag mark on my arm. Very unpleasant.

Most painful blood draw ever. The guy who did it didn't say a word while I was cringing with burning pain! It bled and I am black and blue with a very bad bruise. He was not friendly at all. He only spoke when he asked my name. I tried to call Quest Labs in Londonderry back, but of course I couldn't get to a real person. Very disappointed.
Does anyone pick up the phone here??? I have some questions but it is impossible to speak to a person.
