Made me print my orders… then told me they don’t even do what my doctor ordered. Since when does Quest not do simple heavy metals, flows, and autoimmune testing? I guess all they do is CBC here. Don’t come here if you want any testing done

Lady was on her phone the whole visit and was not kid friendly with my special needs kids. First and last time here. No front desk receptionist help people check in.
Saturday appointments shouldn’t be available. The place is full, not sure if they are short staffed or it’s usually like this. I had an appointment at 9:30 for transplant testing and I’ve been waiting it an hour!
