If I could rate less the 1 star I would! Horrible service. All automated and unable to speak with anyone. They require an appointment to pick up a specimen container with available appointments a week out. And had zero personnel available to speak with onsite, only electronic kiosks to sign-in. Super inconvenient to wait as a walk in just to pick up an empty container, ridiculous.

I have very complicated and lengthy scripts, and with my older veins, it can be challenging to make a connection and to keep the blood flowing. Twice now I have been gifted PATRICE at the location on Sheridan Street in Hollywood Florida. She is a GODSEND! She has patience (with the complicated testing) perfect precision (I barely feel the needle) and the blood flows flawlessly to my 15 - 20 vials. She is wonderdul and a tremendous asset to your company. I am grateful for her and my easy experiences.
I was greeted with pure joy and commitment to making the patient feel at home. Thank you, E!, for easing my tension and stress levels - I hate needles! Thanks a million!
