The lobby area was questionable with certain clients waiting on serve being less then kind by placing cell phones on blast . No lobby attendant . The nurse who drew my blood was amazing and effective. No pain and no black and blue marks. Wonderful conversation also.
I only have complaints on the Quest Diagnostics that I visited on Monday, August 4th location at 3343 Sheridan Street, Hollywood, FL 33021. I use the text app to sign in. My appointment was at 6:30. I tapped the text to sign in at 6:25. I walked in and saw my name on the tv screen with two more names after me at later appointment times after 7am. Today, I walked in well before closing and checked in as a walk in. After waiting for 16 mins I am told that theyre not seeing any walk ins because they have to go. 🤔 very unprofessional. I'm literally here before closing. If you're no longer accepting patients then change your closing time. Truly wasted my time. Would not recommend.
