This has to be one of the most mismanaged and poorly ran labs in the local area. Don’t ever try to be a walk-in as they will turn you away regardless if your there 4 HOURS BEFORE THEY CLOSE. Two days in a row turned away because there were no available appointments before a procedure i had scheduled and work myself all week so had to try and find the time to step away from my job, I witnessed multiple no shows and after waiting an hour was still turned away, and now won’t have my lab work done before my procedure. First time and stay away ! Long wait time even with appt! And no a/c! You have to wait in the heat with no air to breathe ! No proffesional especially for the elderly !
Super unprofessional business. The staff are cold and extremely unfriendly and very unhelpful. They seem miserable working on a Saturday. They talk down to the clients and are very disrespectful. I wonder why they get away with working here and acting like this? You have to put the information in machine and the employees seem irritated if you have a question. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.
Terrible wait every time I've gone and awful customer service. I've had to do blood draws for my baby and they have no idea how to keep him calm or move quickly. They told me I had an outstanding balance of $60 from a previous visit before they'd do the blood draw but said they had no details on the bill. They said I had to pay even without details in order to get the blood drawn. Meanwhile, my child was losing patience (it was an hour wait) and screaming so I just paid. Worst experience.
This is horrible place. I went at around 10:00 am and stay until 3:00pm. I didn't have a appointment but told I could wait. No one came I said to leave we will not able to see you today. I was wait all these hours no comments of nothing. Don't go to this plaice for any thing
