Horrible experience today. Never ever select you will wait outside. Arrived early for my appointment, waited outside since no room to even stand, they never texted us nor attempted to look for plus outside, and we got skipped. Instead of making us next once I spoke to someone, they kept skipping us. 2 hours later and after speaking to almost every employee there, we were finally seen. Their system is no good. Easy check in and not a long wait time. Very nice and pleasant technicians. Clean lab.
I had an appointment which made it a very smooth process from start to finish. I was able to check in on arrival from a link sent to my phone and they called my name as I walked into the clinic. The technician did a great job, and I was on my way within minutes of arrival. Excellent experience!
