If I could give zero starts I would this place is ridiculous the pick and choose who they want to serve for walk ins
Rude. I walked in for my appointment scheduled for 1:10 at 1:20 so was put onto a standby list. I decided to wait in hopes I would get seen anyway. Another person who walked in after me, also 10 minutes late for their 1:30 appointment was the person they chose to see as their last client of the day. Rather than me who was waiting longer than him to be seen and then I was told they were no longer taking anyone else. Makes no sense to do that when I had been waiting longer.
