I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics. If you come early on a Saturday morning, you'll likely be one of the first walk-in patients, which makes the process very quick. Daneel was an excellent phlebotomist. He was professional, attentive, and asked which arm I preferred for the blood draw, which I really appreciated. The blood draw was completely painless, and he made the whole experience very comfortable. Had a terrible experience. Everyone has an attitude. The woman named Carolle was very unprofessional. Barely spoke to me, no eye contact just grumpy the entire time. Was extremely rough when drawing blood. My vien was swollen for about 3 days from how rough she kept jamming the needle in my arm and pressing down hard to get the tubes to full quickly. Never have I ever experienced something so terrible for something so simple as drawing blood. She also asked for a credit card to keep on file with a tone as if I had intentions... read more
