Horrible service the lady was so rude
Already posting and haven't been serviced. Tell the lady that I don't see my name on the appointment list. She says that's because its your drug screening that you're looking at and then walk off. I wasn't done talking to you rudeness. I'm starting to think that customer service really doesn't exist anymore. Sadly even in Hampton. And after reviewing the reviews. Tammy at the Coleseum branch is WONDERFUL! Even though I've had a lot of blood drawn in the past I still REALLY don't like it I barely felt the needle!!!! I had 10 orders for blood tests and Tammy drew 4 or 5 vials. I didn't feel the vial exchanges or anything!!!!!!

I’m sorry I’m pretty sure everyone else who works here isn’t bad but today I had the worse experience with this blond headed female. She kept giving me smart remarks and was rushing me for no reason. Also she kept giving me grief for no reason at all. She needs to be taught some respect and also reading the past comments she’s been doing this for 2 years. She needs to be removed.
