I scheduled my appointment online with no problem. When I arrived at the Aventura location, check-in at the kiosk was quick and easy. I was called within 10 minutes, and another 10 minutes later everything was done. Very smooth and efficient experience!
I had an appointment and was taken 45 minutes late. This has happened the last 3 times that I've gone to Quest. You are overbooking your appointments and creating aggrevation for your clients. Other than being late, the experience was excellent, but I will consider Lab Corp. or an alternative next time.
