I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Quest Diagnostics location. As a woman in the final stages of pregnancy, I visited the office simply to pick up a sterile container for my morning urine sample—something I have done without issue at other Quest offices. Instead, a young male staff member brusquely refused to give me the container unless I “booked an appointment online,” despite already having valid orders and insurance coverage for the test. The patient Service Center in Aventura is the most efficient center I have ever visited!! I go out of my way to schedule all my lab work here because I know i will be in and out quickly and efficiently! Professional and personable care every time!
