Impossible to get through to live person to ask questions, make appt.
What a horrible place to work at?! I was waiting there until I have more pee for the urine test, the waiting room is like a prison cell with nothing but tv running the quest lab ads non stop. The whole room has no natural light but super bright unnatural lighting, almost drove me crazy…no signal with my phone, and I tried to ask the receptionist girl for WiFi, she said there was no WiFi……so if there is an emergency, she would have to go upstairs to call 911?! I have been going to Quest for routine blood work for a number of months now. I started at the Pennsauken location and wasn't impressed with the service & wait time issues even with an appointment so I switched to Haddonfield. The location is in a basement so there is no cell service but I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes when I schedule an appointment and the app let's you check-in and wait in the car until they are ready for you (you get a text). Got COVID tested on Friday for a flight on Sunday. The tech said results would be available Saturday morning. There have been no results so far. Furthermore, I am unable to call or contact anyone because they have no customer support on weekends. Use a different service.
