Kiosk told me it would be a 2 hour wait, and not one person working there would even acknowledge that I was asking questions. I was there for a quick TSH test and had to leave. Worst place to get blood work that I've ever been to. Horrid.
They can get pretty busy, so it's always best to have an appointment. The nurse was nice and she gave a good blood draw, no pain and no bruising. The waiting area was comfortable, with a good game show on to watch while waiting.
