They always have experienced staff, nothing worse than getting stuck 5 times but they always get me the first time.
Princess was amazing. Only person to ever actually get my blood draw on the first try. Check-in was easy on my phone and I was seen quickly
Showed up and no one was at the front desk. The girl that serviced me acted like I was bothering her. I was there for a drug screen and she didn’t have me lock the lock box with all of my belongings in there. She gave me no soap to wash my hands after using the restroom. Very robotic and not polite at all.
I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis nine years ago . I have been stuck thousands of times, leaving me traumatized brused at times and treated rudly. The phlebotomagist at quest diagnostics, does her job every time, such a nice young lady absolutely pain free. My visit was quickly and professionally done, and down right delightful. I really enjoyed my visit . I always had anxiety but that emotion is long gone made to feel comfortable thanks precious
