Arrived 30 minutes before my appt time and they didnt call me back until 15 minutes after my appt time. Meanwhile 3 walk ins witbout appts. checked in after me and got called back before me. I know they were walk ins because they were asked when they walked in. Ridiculous that they prioritize walk ins over those with appts. Even more ridiculous that they dont call you back in the order you arrive regardless.
