The nurse who took my blood was beyond helpful after I got light headed and cold sweats. She got me a cold cloth and applied it to my head and got out a chair that I could lay in and catch my breath easier. She went above and beyond and helped me feel better

I've never been here before. Came in for a urine test & was told they take appointments, so I have to sit here for two hours while having to urinate! And their isn't anyone around to ask!
I had to get a routine procedure done for my employer. The staff were rude and not helpful whatsoever. Avoid this place at all costs.
Told me after my insurance that it will only be $100 and paid it that day. Months later I got a random charge on my bank account for $100 again and then another bill in the mail! Never using quest again. I always have a problem with billing when it comes to them.
