They've really improved the check in process, text notification makes it a breeze. All of the techs at the Westmoreland Mall location are friendly and can hit a vein first try making getting poked easier. It's clean. My favorite location after almost 20 years of monthly blood draws.
I missed my appointment because I couldn't find your location but they were able to accommodate me within a very short amount of time anyway. The staff was very friendly and professional. However, the website indicates that it is within Westmoreland Mall. It is not! It is outside of the mall.
