Quick and easy. The ladies made me feel comfortable. They were very polite.
The medical assistant who helped me was very rude to me in front of all the patients in the waiting room. She yelled at me and spoke in a terrible manner. I was so embarrassed and felt humiliated. I was very quiet during the visit, as I was in shock because it was the most unprofessional way I had ever been treated. She was complaining the whole time that she needed to leave at 3:30, and she had to deal with many patients that day. IF YOU HAVE A PHONE AT YOUR BUILDING PICK IT UP OR HAVE AN OPTION TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN LIKE WHAT EVERYHING IS AUTOMATED DO I LITERALLY HAVE TO DRIVE OVER TO THE BUILDING TO ASK A QUESTION OMFG
The lady that helped me was very nice and accommodating (wish I could remember her name). I just walked in thinking I could get my biometric exam done, not realizing I needed an appointment. She happily gave me a phone number to call, and within 5 minutes of hanging up, I was seated for the exam. Friendly staff!
I had the best experience today with the staff members, 5/5 stars. Super friendly, very understanding, helpful, and kind. I appreciate this morning and the service provided :)
