I love being able to just park at the front door and walk in. I have had the same nurse the last two times and I love her. So personable and efficient. I will be there next week!

You can’t reach them on the phone, It’s not possible. Every person I’ve talked to at mercy says complain as much as possible, right reviews do anything you can. They all hate this garbage company and want to see it go away as well.
Had blood drawn here the blood draw itself went great however, there was a red box of needles exposed on the side table below me next to that was a chair where my children were sitting while I was getting my blood drawn! SO Hazardous! My children were sitting in the chair next to that table with those needles completely exposed. As I saw the box of needles I warned them to make sure to stay away from the box.
