I'm very satisfied the Quest Lab service recieved on 7.30.25 by lab technician Ms. Stephanie. In the facility, the intake process is fast, and blood withdrawal has been performed with the highest Department of Health standards in regards of patient's safety. All stars are yours! I came in for labs with my daughter. I told my phlebotomist that my daughter tends to have a vaso vagal response. She said she would take care of her if nobody else would, but my daughter got Stephanie. Everything started ok, however we couldn’t use the bed to lay down for the draw as requested due to another patient having a vaso vagal response as well. My daughter ended up on the floor with a seizure and stopped breathing but maintained a pulse. I applied a sternum stimulation which got her to take a breath. Stephanie and ... read more

Come in and you wait your turn [there's a screen in the waiting area where you can see your position in line]. Erika was phenomenal! Super personable! Found the spot right away without any issues. Terrific phlebotomist because she knew exactly what she was doing, as an expert, and my arm is NOT bruised/NOT blue from the blood draw [unfortunately, that's the case with so many other places]. I would highly recommend her! Thank you Erika!
