Quest lab on Garth Road in Baytown always has welcoming staff. I've been going there for my lab work for years. Krystal was the tech that drew my blood recently and I didn't even know she was drawing it until I looked down, she was awesome.
My nurse, Kalia, was friendly, kind, and extremely good at taking blood. I usually have lots of pain and trouble when having blood taken. My veins look great and easy, and they are NOT. She gave me the best experience I have ever had, and I have had a lot of medical needs.
