The technician that did my daughters labs was amazing interacting with her to keep her calm absolutely amazing!

My review is reference the phlebotomist (Mrs. Hayes 5-30-25). Her name is Krystal. She was very friendly, courteous and listened well. She was very compassionate toward the issues that I have with my veins and and bruising. She took her time and I never felt her stick me nor did I bruise. I usually as for Hannah who's also awesome but she was not there on that day
Was told 30 to 60 minute wait for walk in, well it's almost 2 hours not seen yet. My doctor said walk in was usually quick. I do not recommend coming here without an appointment. No one to even talk to you check in on by kiosk
Appointments are suggestions not how you'll get in. I had an appointment at 10:40 and had them push someone into my slot and forgot me. I waited an additional 40 minutes before I got upset because i had work. They had walk ins go in and out before i was ever seen. I was there for an hour which is a ridiculous amount of time for a mix up they made. What pissed me off the most was there was no apology. They made it seem like i was the problem for speaking up and pushed back other appointments. Guess thats the game when you do ... read more
