This place is horrible, I’ve gone twice and ended up walking out because how bad of an attitude the staff has and how they talk to patients. The first time I just thought the staff was having a bad day and the wait was too long. The second time I was waiting and the staff member was just rude, sarcastic and unprofessional to an older lady that just asked basic questions.
Susana was very nice and is amazing at her job! I did not feel a thing when she took my blood!!! She was very professional and takes pride in her job! I didn't bruise either!! She took 10 test tubes of blood! Baytown Quest rocks!!!
Excellent service, fast results, very convenient shopping online: 156 tests, most of it are affordably priced, some of them also offer treatment options. Highly recommend this place.
Walk in , appointment set up needs to be overhauled.
