horrible service
The whole process was a breeze, from online scheduling to checking in to very little wait time, and then to the procedure, which was such a pleasant experience - really! My phlebotomist was so friendly & warm, and she was sooo good! I never felt the needle and it was over in no time! I wish I remembered her name so that I could giver her a big thank you and a shout out for being so great at her job! Kudos! I highly recommend Quest Diagnostics, especially the one on Garth Rd in Baytown!
