Exceptionally skilled draw was painless and comfortable. Carla is amazing.
Phlebotomist was off her game and actually hurt me. First time in over forty years of donating and/or having blood drawn for labs I experienced pain from the needle being jammed deeper into my arm twice!! Nobody has ever done that and it was unnecessary. Competent lab workers take care to avoid hurting patients. NOT this time nor this gal!
Test results sent to wrong doctor. Wrong tests performed. Had to return 2nd time. Incomplete instructions given for specimen collection so specimens were rejected. Had to return 3rd time. Samples accepted and hopefully will yield results. Online check-in process did not work efficiently on 2nd and 3rd visits.
