Great customer service and efficiency!
My phlebotomist was precise, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She knew all the answers to my questions, and made the appointment stress free. Caitlin, the phlebotomist who took my blood samples this summer, was one of the best I have encountered. My veins are small, and she was required to take more samples than usual. She did so quickly, with no trouble at all. She was proficient with patient data entry and knowledgeable about important insurance information.
I had an appt and on "the board" there were SIX other people listed with appt times the same as mine!!! I had to wait close to 30 minutes to be seen (to drop off a sample) The waiting room was packed to standing room only. There was a Quest employee greeting folks that was LOUD AND OBNOXIOUS and made the wait even more unpleasant with her constant yelling to everyone. Overall a very unsatisfactory visit!!

Terrible. Had an appointment today at 1230. Checked in at 1220. Name appeared on the wait list then dropped off and they never called me back Left at 100 with no service. Had to rebook for next morning at 610. Horrible
