I just want to sing out praises for the phlebotomist I saw this morning whose name is Vanessa. She was so kind, so funny, and shared her previous work experience with me in such a way that I left laughing. She totally made my day! Thank you, Vanessa!
Overall experience was excellent, and the procedure was made enjoyable by the professional and cordial phlebotomist. The improvement in Quest in the last 5 years is remarkable. Easy to make an appointment and check in once you arrive. Phlebotomists are friendly and professional.
After my doctors appointment I went straight to quest for some blood work. I got there a few minutes before they closed so I wasn’t able to get a walk in appointment for that day but Tiffany made time for me so I didn’t have to come back. If it weren’t for her I would’ve had to drive all the way back to Gainesville another day and I live over an hour from there. Tiffany was very professional, efficient, and kind.
