The first time I went in this location, the older black lady took my blood and she did great. The second time I went there. This younger black lady took a blood bank needle out and my arm it bled for hours. Just like when quest took my blood behind the hospital. All you doing is scaring up my tissue, and making my arm look like a junkie. Seriously. You should be using a butterfly needle. I go to the cancer center and no issues. Always professional, quick, and clean!!! I’ve never experienced a painful needle prick from any of the professionals that work here!! Top notch people and I will only go to the Quest at this location. Inside Walmart at 5700 NW 23rd St., Gainesville, FL.

Today, I went to get my labs done, which my insurance had confirmed would be fully covered as part of my yearly physical and routine labs. When I arrived, I checked in as instructed. I had already uploaded my insurance information to the portal prior to check-in. The lab technician informed me, after reviewing my information, that I owed $180 for pre-authorization. Kiki was the best phlebotomist I ever had! Her kindness made all the difference. She knew exactly what she was doing and not only did a great job medically, but was so nice and understanding. I won’t go anywhere else now that I found her.
