My phlebotomist was professional and attentive.
Great staff but Quest takes 21 to 30 days to process labs. That’s absurd. You literally have one job…
Horrible experience. All the phlebotomist are rude and like to gossip about other patients in the back. Dont even bother telling them if needles make you uncomfortable they’ll just roll their eyes and talk about you and laugh while you leave your urine sample. Guess they don’t know how to speak quietly. The phlebotomist who did this were Sandra and patty. Extremely rude ladies. If they hate their job so much they should just retire since they seem so cranky and bitter
I use Quest for any tests required by my physician. It's close to home. I made the appointment online. I checked in at the kiosk. I was called in for testing less than 5 minutes after arriving. The technician (Sandra) was cordial, professional, and got the job done promptly. I didn't feel a thing!
Service was quick. Although the lab slip was having a little trouble loading the phlebotomist never showed any frustration. She set me up, and on her first attempt hit the right spot and my vials were filled super fast.
