You have no one at a reception desk at the Herndon and West location in Fresno to help people with check-in or with questions. It is useless to try to phone Quest because no one picks up a phone. If there were any other labs to go to, I would go to anyone other than Quest.
From the photo you can see that there is a clipboard on a chair and the 2 tablets are off. Apparently the internet is down. THERE IS NO SIGN ANYWHERE letting people know that they have to sign in on the clipboard. So everyone that came in was confused. Easy check in. Facility has always been clean! Tech was very nice and made me feel comfortable! It was quick and easy! Will always make an appointment now that it is available!
Treated with passion and understanding. Young lady that process my needs took time to explain exactly what the test included and how she was going to proceed with it. She assisted me with the new check in procedures that Quest now uses. Being at an advanced age all of the "newfangled technologies" being used today are often times confusing for me. Senior Quest management can be proud to have her represent them.
