Swathy was my blood draw person and she was amazing didn’t even feel it.
Not helpful. No one to answer questions. Cant call and talk to anyone. Appointments are "recommended" ... appointments dont mean anyhting.
Very busy. I made an appointment and still waited 15+ minutes
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place moves so slow it's pathetic. A blood draw is just a 10 minute process there's no reason a walk in should have to wait OVER 4 HOURS for a blood draw! There have been people showing up early for appointments leaving before standby walk ins. This isn’t "prioritizing" appointments first this is a severe lack of care, consideration, and organization.
