Quest has stepped up their game and change the routine to make it more professional comforting .. check in was a breeze wait time is zero they were concerned about my comfort and personal, talkative and very kind to me and it's a great relief because I have so many doctor's appointments and blood draws in my health condition and their concerns and the ease of the appointment was so refreshing good job quest labs I appreciate all of you you're all very nice people over there
I have been to the same lab sampling place a few times in the past and remember a bit of a wait on at least one occasion, which can be difficult if you have been holding for a urine sample. This time, I booked an appointment that morning for mid-afternoon, arrived and checked in with the texted link about 3 minutes early. I only waited 5 minutes or so before being called back. My phlebotomist was excellent! Friendly and very capable! No pain an in and out quickly!
The staff were very respectful very apologetic when they were behind schedule with time, however the staff fought extremely hard to respect the appointments of every One was treated equally. That’s what I love most about their institution.
Your offices are way overbooked and understaffed. When I arrived for my appointment there were people who had also made appointments who had been waiting almost an hour. I myself had to wait over 30min. On top of that your technicians had to take time out to assuage the rightfully angry patients and help them use the ipad to check in instead of being in the back helping to move the crowd through.
