I passed out during a blood test. And the woman who drew the blood was the exact person I was safe with at that moment! She gave me recommendations for a follow up blood test (my body didn't wait and I didn't have time to give 2 more tubes haha) and of course I signed up at the same Quest
Quest Labs has eliminated receptionists. Walking in is not recommended. You have to make an appointment. Appointments are several days away, no matter what location you choose. The last two times I have been there, they were running 20-30 minutes late! Not great!
Waste your time, money everything, they don’t care about u its my 5th time very bad experience with them, i have to give them 1 star otherwise I never give any star, worthless, very bad
One of the worst questions locations I have ever been to.. no customer service, the system and kiosk is always busted. You will wait for hours. The staff is pathetic and slow like a snail. Save your time and go somewhere else.
