The staff were very respectful very apologetic when they were behind schedule with time, however the staff fought extremely hard to respect the appointments of every One was treated equally. That’s what I love most about their institution.
Your offices are way overbooked and understaffed. When I arrived for my appointment there were people who had also made appointments who had been waiting almost an hour. I myself had to wait over 30min. On top of that your technicians had to take time out to assuage the rightfully angry patients and help them use the ipad to check in instead of being in the back helping to move the crowd through. Quest is usually very efficient. This time, though, I had a person in training. She was okay, but slower, and asked for help. No big deal.
I took my two year old to get blood drawn and was so nervous, but the staff was so kind to him and made it seem like no big deal. The wait time was a bit long but it seemed that they had a few patients with minor issues and they were helping them.
