First, always make an appointment. Always! I love being able to park and while still in my car check in via the text message I got moments earlier. Then it's maybe a 5-minute wait and I walk in, get it done, and I'm out. Quest is always very Professional and respectful to the clients!
The only reason I gave this place two stars is due to previous visits without issue. On 6/10/25, the tech had a bad attitude. She couldn't figure out the lab order so she called my provider and was rude to them. Meanwhile, I pulled up my last order that had been completed without any issue and asked if that helped, to which she replied that that one didn't tell her what I needed either and wasn't usable because it was from a previous order. The tech in room six said that there was no e-referral from my primary doctor for this visit; I also had no printout of same. This wonderful woman exhausted all searches on her pc. She also suggested to get a referral and come back. As it happened, my primary's office is just doors west of this Quest Lab. My daughter ran in, came out with a printed referral, I went back inside of Quest, reregistered at the monitor as directed, and waited only about 20 minutes before I was called as a "Standby". I’m leaving this review to complain about the customer service system. First of all, you can’t call this location and get a human on the line. It’s just a bot that hangs up on you if it can’t satisfy a specific need. There’s a different customer service line that you’re supposed to call. I had a test done a week ago and I still haven’t received my results yet, and I want to know when I’ll get them. Seems simple enough, right? Nope.
