easy to schedule, short wait time, friendly nurses
Easy to schedule an appointment online but that's where the positives end. Everyone at this facility hates their job. I went 2x/yr for the last 4 years for regular blood draw for doctor check ups. The people working here have zero customer service, zero patience and are as friendly as honey badgers. I'll go to a different location but never this one again after my experience last week. One of the Worst Healthcare Service Experiences I’ve Ever Had I’ve been going to Quest Diagnostics for bloodwork regularly over the past 8 months while on Accutane, and at this point, I can confidently say that the service here is consistently frustrating, unprofessional, and inefficient.
