Why make an appointment when personal friends show up and get right in. And they do not take appointments first at the appointment time??? Horrible customer service.
The wait times at the Florissant location are long. I arrived at 8:53 for my 9:00 appointment and the waiting room was jam packed with others waiting, many of which were there for 8:50 appointments. I was not seen until 9:16 and then out the door by 9:21. Other than the long wait time the rest of my appointment went well. The tech was friendly and quick.
Lab techs were very friendly and punctual. One lab tech even came out and helped an older lady check in as a walk in and walked her through the process and was SO kind and understanding to the ladies lack of technology understanding. Waiting room was clean and smelled good as well.
