Rude and unprofessional
The lab technician was excellent. She found a vein and drew blood without me feeling the stick.
As a Phlebotomist and a RN It was devastating walking into this Quest and the overflow of people who was standing and waiting for their blood to be drawn. I was only dropping off blood that I did a home draw for a patient. I told the phlebotomist that this SST needs to be spun within 15 minutes she told me no it doesn’t I said YES in fact it does because the sample will Hemolysis.
