My visit to Quest was outstanding, all thanks to Monique. I'm a notoriously difficult stick as my veins roll —and the team rightly called in Monique as their "pro" for challenging rolls. She lived up to the title! She was calm, professional, and had an expert touch, getting the sample perfectly on the first try. They didn't put in a preautherization with the insurance company.
Terrible service made the appointment for 10-17-25 but the system couldn't find me. So had reschedule another appointment at 10:10 am so im sitting here waiting 9:08 is the time so I wait and hr for my appointment. Like I said TERRIBLE!!!! Sue 🚻
