Had to wait over hour for my scheduled appointed. I was only told "We are short staffed and we will get to you". I only needed to drop off specimen. I was told it would only take five-minutes if I scheduled an appoint and wouldn't need to wait (when I scheduled appoint). Horrible customer service. An employee yelled at another customer when told they them had skipped them. Yes, I mean yelled (and screamed ) at them. The customer (a older lady) was wasn't mean or yelling at them. Let me take a moment and Congratulate Brittany at Quest (Florissant) along Lindbergh.She is absolutely amazing and pokes with precision. I have been disappointed a couple of times before especially because of the fact that my veins are pretty deep and therefore prone to errors when it comes to drawing blood. I watched Brittany do a blood draw and this girl is smart and knows her work well. ♥️ God bless.
