Unfortunately, this is the second time this has happened. The phlebotomist was amazing, but the overall experience was very disappointing. I went in for 3 tests ordered by my general doctor, but the doctors at Quest Diagnostics added additional tests that were not on my original orders. I was not properly informed, and my bill ended up nearly tripled what I expected. When I tried to get answers, I was given the runaround. Watch your orders and bills carefully. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I arrived at this location at 7 AM, checked in at the kiosk, not a single person in the lobby. Five minutes later the professional and friendly phlebotomist came to get me, confirmed my information, expertly drew blood, and I was out the door at 7:10 AM.

The last time I was at the Filmoor quest diagnostics. I went in at 12 and made an appointment for 2:40. Came in at 2:40 and checked in. Waited 20 mins for someone to take me off the check in list. So I rechecked in. To be taken back to room 2 with my child. To be told there were no orders for me to get a metabolic panel done.
