There is no front desk, only a check in kiosk. After checking in and waiting for 10+ minutes without seeing someone and another person knocking loudly on the window three times, they finally came out. They did accommodate my appointment and rudely told me that they are “done with drug screens for the day” because they chose to take someone before me.
I was waited on quickly, and your phlebotomist was FABULOUS! She was professional, but friendly and made me feel at ease. Didn't feel a thing. Not everyone can get blood out of me so easily. She's a real asset for you!
