You can be treated by dirt by them and then lose out on wages from your job because they mix up the numbers on your drug test causing a fatal flaw and for you to get retested! Will they tell you? No! You’ll have to find out from your job instead! Such a great service to people.

Normally this location is decent. Today I had a sample to drop off. When I picked up the sample kit, I asked how to drop it off and they said, check in at the kiosk as a drop off. I did that and waited for 30 minutes. I asked a tech and she said to check in. She came back out 10 minutes later and I asked again, then she said no one was checked in. She left, then came out and said I needed to check in as a standby patient, which meant 10 more minutes of waiting. There is no one available to speak with when you check in, which... read more

Completely unwilling to accept responsibility for, apologize for, or even simply acknowledge a mistake. Quest lost a sample of mine, kept me waiting for a month still without a test result, and then gave me the run-around when I attempted to have the test repeated. Extremely poor patient/client service.
