I was ordered to have a peak and trough blood draw. This includes having to get 2 venipunctures 4 hours apart from each other. I was a walk in patient and only had a brief 10 minute wait for my second draw.
The practice of not having someone to staff the reception area is very off-putting. There is no one to answer questions. No one to answer a phone. Everything is forced to take place online or through a kiosk when one arrives. Medical care should be more personal than that. Once through that experience, the technicians were professional and skilled in what they were doing.
