My experience with Quest was wonderful. The sign-in process was easy and convenient. The technician that performed the procedure was professional and very knowledgeable. It was the best blood test I have ever had. I will definitely use Quest again in the future for testing and recommend the office in Ephrata, PA to everyone I know.
Got in right away ( I had appt) and she was so kind and didn't even feel the jab of the needle. Love the convenience!
I am surprised that on a Saturday, with no open appointments available, knowing full well that there will be walk in clients that you would only have one person on staff. If I had the advanced notice to schedule an appt I would have, but none were available for several days. It is horribly frustrating when I had to sit and watch all of these people coming through the door, getting in and out because they had appts and me having to wait an hour. Jolanda(Yolanda?) was a joy!! I will continue going a few extra miles to the Ephrata location vs the one closer to me just because of her!
