Got in right away ( I had appt) and she was so kind and didn't even feel the jab of the needle. Love the convenience!
I am surprised that on a Saturday, with no open appointments available, knowing full well that there will be walk in clients that you would only have one person on staff. If I had the advanced notice to schedule an appt I would have, but none were available for several days. It is horribly frustrating when I had to sit and watch all of these people coming through the door, getting in and out because they had appts and me having to wait an hour. Very slow
Jolanda(Yolanda?) was a joy!! I will continue going a few extra miles to the Ephrata location vs the one closer to me just because of her!
Scheduling and check-in process is VERY easy. They run on time. Another easy visit...easy to schedule and check in. They were running on time as always. Easy time getting the blood drawn by Yolanda. Always a 5 star experience. Thank you!
