Very organized and friendly. Easy to follow directions for signing in at the office, scanning your driver's license and insurance card. I've never had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment.
I've visited this Quest location many times. There's never a long wait and I'm able to get in and out quickly. The two ladies I interacted with at my latest appointment were very kind and made the experience of getting blood drawn painless.
They have an absurd check in system that doesn’t do anything right and delays the process.
The nurse - Imelda - who took my blood was awesome and didn’t feel anything !
