Quest has really streamlined the whole sampling process. I love the Text check in link, and not having to do anything on the i Pads inside. Set up an account with Quest, make your appointment, and it is so easy this way.
I remember Quest being horrific place to get blood drawn. Waiting 2 plus hours. I have to admit, it’s actually pretty good. I made an appointment. It was very quick. Got there, sat down, the tech named Olivia called me right back. She was amazing. She talked to me like we were best friends. She made me smile, wanted to see photos of my doggy. Made me comfortable. Professional and easy experience for a blood work.
I was extremely upset with my experience. I had booked an appt at 11am. I then decided to come an hour earlier than opening to try and be seen as a standby patient. I was the first patient there. When I attempted to check in for the standby list it would not allow me and only allowed me to check in for my appointment. Many people on standby we being called before me. When I asked the staff what to do they advised me that they could cancel my appt and then allow me to get onto the standby list but they would not pull me in so... read more
