In 35 years I have NEVER been to a quest with such horrible customer service and unhelpful staff. If you do not have communication skills and empathy you do not belong anywhere in healthcare.
I go to Quest for bloodwork, and making an appointment at the Office Park Circle location in Elk Grove is easy and within walking distance from my house. It's easy to make an appointment instead of walking in
Had a appt and was seen FAST. The staff was very nice. Parking was available.
