Excellent service regarding scheduling appointment, checking in, wait time, efficient staff.
I do not remember the clinicians name but she was excellent. I was having trouble with my hearing aid but she was very pationt with me and the blood waqs drawn.
My husband and I ha e been using this site for 3 plus years. We make an appointment, use texting, arrive there, let them know we are here with text, they tell you to come in. We wait no more than 4 minutes ,blood drawn in and out. They are excellent!
The communication via text with Quest is EXCELLENT! They reminded me of my appt. They sent a link to conveniently click and check in. I checked in as I was getting out of my car, in the parking lot and I no sooner walked in the door and they called me for my appointment!! The phlebotomist was awesome! Professional and friendly! Great experience!!
