The service/responsiveness was FANTASTIC. I came in without an appointment and the staff was able to get me in within 15 minutes of arrival. The phlebotomy technician, India, was AWESOME!!!! Very professional, excellent at her job,a d made me feel at ease. So friendly and someone that is a great service representative for the Quest team. Will definitely recommend this PSC site based on my experience.
Don't go to this location poor management and staff incompetent.
India made it a super easy process. She was helpful, friendly and I was out of there in no time.

Tried a "walk-in" at Quest Labs in Eldersburg yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised at 3:15 it took all of 15 minutes or less to be in and out! My phlebotomist was India - absolutely great.
