Tried a "walk-in" at Quest Labs in Eldersburg yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised at 3:15 it took all of 15 minutes or less to be in and out! My phlebotomist was India - absolutely great.
Went here for the second time and always get great service from India! I didnt feel a thing and she is so pleasant to talk to!
Walk ins are a lie, do not waste your time. I went at 7:45 am and they said I could not be seen as a walk in until 11:30. No one was in the waiting room. I did not make an appointment because the earliest time available was, you guessed it, 11:30. Other labs I have been to have accepted walk ins in a timely fashion. They need to be more transparent and simply state you need to make an appointment to be seen. I wasted an entire morning coming here.
The nurse who did my blood work was very nice and professional. Very smooth handling.
