My daughter was terrified of getting her blood work done, and the ladies this morning made her feel extremely comfortable, took their time explained everything and also went above and beyond to help me get her paperwork right so we could get the right testing done.
Easy online check in, you can wait in your car. I had the sweetest kindest black lady with a green wig, I wish I remembered her name. She was amazing 👏
Quest was over booked and under staffed.I had to wait more than an hour and I had an appointment. The nurse had trouble with the system and talked too much. Quest management has droped to a new low because of their inability to manage and their greed.
