I came as a walk in and was fit into the schedule in a very timely manor, when my lab orders weren’t in the system I went outside and comfortably contacted my doctor to get that corrected. When I came back there was a longer line, but I still got in relatively quickly. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Had a flawless experience! Made an appointment in advance....did the online check-in ten minutes before my appointment time....was taken into the room at my exact time. No issues with the phlebotomist! Sorry for all those that had issues! Nothing bad to report on my end!

Good afternoon, I came in today to give blood, and unfortunately had a very concerning experience with one of your employees. From the beginning, he seemed visibly nervous and unprofessional—dropping and tossing instruments carelessly. He attempted to draw blood from my right arm but was unsuccessful. He discarded the disposable instruments and tried again on my left arm, again without success. Quest was very convenient near my home. I forgot to set up an appointment before my visit. I attempted to do a walk-in. It was quick & easy. Professional atmosphere. I was happy and relieved to get it done for last minute.
