I want to start off by saying the technician that helped me was WONDERFUL. I am not basing my review off her, I am basing it off of the other male that worked there. I was sitting there waiting to get my blood drawn when a younger man called a woman to the back who had her two young kids with her. She told the man who was going to be drawing her sons blood that he has autism and this was his first time ever having blood drawn so he was a little nervous and scared (which is totally understandable as he was 4 years old). I came as a walk in and was fit into the schedule in a very timely manor, when my lab orders weren’t in the system I went outside and comfortably contacted my doctor to get that corrected. When I came back there was a longer line, but I still got in relatively quickly. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Had a flawless experience! Made an appointment in advance....did the online check-in ten minutes before my appointment time....was taken into the room at my exact time. No issues with the phlebotomist! Sorry for all those that had issues! Nothing bad to report on my end!
