Rude , Long Long Wait time. Worst customer service. Will have to wait more than an Hour even for Dropping off samples which takes only 10 seconds.
The worst Quest Diagnostics location. Took my child to have blood work done and the phlebotomist kept sticking her with the needle to find her vein, then wiggled it in her arm once she found it, and she looked like she enjoyed it too. I was in shock, I'm sorry I didn't stop it sooner. Would never go back there again. Wished I'd filed a complaint when it happened. I don't even remember the phlebotomist's name. It was an extremely efficient and well run location (Stony Brook)
It’s extremely easy to make an appointment online ahead of time, which is what I did. The office was efficient and we probably only waited around 10 minutes over which is nothing. The check in process you can do from your phone in parking lot also makes this a breeze. I was going for blood work and I am prone to fainting which can lead to a lot of anxiety, and Carmen handled this with such great bedside manner.
