Hello building manager!!!! I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit at Quest Diagnostics. The service was quick and excellent-thank you! However, I noticed that both the front and back parking lots have snow and black ice, which poses a serious safety hazard. For the safety of all visitors, especially elderly patients, I strongly recommend clearing the parking lot as soon as possible to prevent potential accidents or liability issues. Thank you!
