The service here is disappointing, especially for older individuals who may need assistance, as there is no front desk support. If you don’t have an appointment, don’t even bother—walk-ins seem to be completely disregarded. During my most recent visit, the staff member who assisted me didn’t even greet me and was unreasonably rough when applying the alcohol wipe. I'm writing this review for the woman who drew my blood today. My appointment was at 2:40 p.m. but I got there earlier. And the lady who drew my blood, her name is Maria. Oh my God. This woman's hands have been blessed by the heavens above. I've been dealing with cancer and so I routinely go and get lab work done. I had 22 tubes that needed to be filled. Always super fast when you have an appointment. Staff is great and they are very quick to get you in and then send you on your way. No issues any time I've come here to this location. On occasions this location can get pretty crowded so appts are recommended. Last time I went without an appointment and only waited less than 1 hours which wasn't bad in my opinion.
