Super rude employee, they allow you to make an appointment at 10:40 and close at 11, I acknowledge I arrived at 10:52 but I still tried to ASK and the employee was super rude for no reason, I told her hi, I had and appointment for 10:40, and she didn’t let me speak and said, “exactly, you HAD an appointment, we close at 10:50 and you were not here”. Had an appt and still had to wait 30 mins., plus I was given sombody's elses code thru the computer when I register and made an appt. on line.
I was so nervous to schedule an appointment for my children to get their blood work done at a place that wasn’t specifically pediatric. The first time I went, I made an appointment. They called the kids in immediately. The woman that we had was so gentle and reassuring. My children were freaking out and she made it so easy. My children even told me how easy it was.
