I was told that they were and that I might need to wait a little while. Based on that information, I intentionally arrived early in the morning to improve my chances of being seen. A stupid screen and absolutely no one to help at all. They don't care about people here.
Service is good and very professional. The only issue is that it takes over a week to get an appointment.
The young lady was very professional, yet personable and friendly. Ive done this many times and this young lady did everything in the proper order. I couldn't be more pleased.
