Technician who performed the blood draw was very skilled and efficient, resulting in minimal pain during the procedure. The entire procedure was handled in a most professional manor.
Made an online appointment. Was called in pretty soon after I checked in online. Technician was great!
came here to have blood drawn, specialist seemed rushed which made me uneasy as she’s about to stick a needle in me, but no she was great and no pain everything was smooth and i was in and out under 10 minutes. everyone complains about the walk in thing which i understand is annoying, happened to me my first time too, but other than that no this place is great if you make an appointment and order your labs. in under 24 hours i ordered my labs and had the appointment. it is under staffed which can lead to delays, but the lady... read more
Do not come here for labs, unless you don't mind waiting three weeks. I got labs on 3/4, called today on 3/10 to ask why I haven't even received the CBC, and was told that I won't get the labs until 3/21-3/22. That is absurd, which I expressed to CS, so she said that she can email me the partial results that they've had since 3/6 if I'd like? Wtf? Of course I would like that... She then said "Sometimes results come and go on the MyQuest Portal, but you aren't likely to see your new results there" even though my portal shows ... read more
