My labs order didn't upload to Quest's system My technician went above and beyond to get my order and I was able to get my labs done.
I can't even cancel my appointment. I have never had a problem so I guess im going to miss my appointment. I have tried 2 days
Clean, convenient facility. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. No pain involved.
Staff in this facility aren’t too kind or respectful… I came in with a printed copy of my lab orders, clearly showing I needed to provide a urine specimen. Despite this, the staff refused to give me a specimen cup until they “looked it up” in their system, which caused an unnecessary and uncomfortable delay while I clearly needed to use the restroom. Nurses were rude, unfriendly, with nasty attitudes. One nurse was down talking another patient right in front of me. The facility looks unsanitary. Stacy was my collector and although she wasn't as rude as the other collector with the short hair who talked about the patient. She wasn't very friendly. Bedside manner is lacking.
