I set an appt. Got here early. Checked in. 2 people inside. I go wait in my car, see about 15 people walk in after me. I get the text to come in (10+ min ago) and everyone who came in after me is going in before me??????? So all 15 of us had the same appointment time????? This place is trash.
I booked an appointment the night before. My wait was not too long the morning of my appointment and my technician was AMAZING!
Simply the most rude people I have ever encountered. Thankfully the tech that took my blood did a nice job and efficient. I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time. Limited cell service. The place was not clean unless you compare it to a pig pen.

Customer service is trash. Please hire some people with better manners. I inquired about my appointment which was in 3 mins because my time is valuable as well and I was met with ugly sarcasm followed up with a laugh and "I'm just playing" to top it off. Uncceptable I visited this location for my own personal matters and I send my employees all the time for pre screen. After today I will never again use this location.
