I’ve been having labs drawn here for 3 years. Make sure you bring a paper copy of your lab orders always. I’ve watched multiple people have to leave because the orders weren’t there and they never are. They do not have a front person to help you so use the app. to make an appt and check-in. This is NOT a walk-in lab. Sometimes there is a wait even with the appt scheduled. The phlebotomists are always nice and do a good job they get 4 stars and quest overall gets 3. I go here because it’s my insurance company’s preferred lab.

I understand a few minutes after lunch to not open at 1, but 10, 15 minutes waiting for you to unlock the doors is crazy. Where is everyone? Smoke break after lunch?
Fastest blood draw i’ve ever had! I was in the building for 8 minutes and she got my vein on the first try. Highly Recommend.
I was taken right in for the blood draw. Very friendly staff !! My blood work results were back the next morning! Quick and easy !
